Submitting your Application

In your application you will be asked to provide the following:

  • A cover letter of up to two pages telling us about yourself and how your experience, skills and qualifications relate to the role
  • A current resume outlining your relevant experience
  • Supporting documentation such as qualifications as per the Position Description

Email your application to careers@holdfast.sa.gov.au quoting the position reference number; this will be included in the advertisement.

Our Recruitment Process

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automated response confirming receipt of your application.

All applications are reviewed against the essential criteria of the role in order to find the best candidates.

If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview where we will assess your skills and experience relevant to the position and most importantly whether you fit our culture and values.

Interviews will be conducted in person or via Teams with an informal meeting to follow for the preferred candidate(s).

Pre-employment functional assessments may be undertaken for specific roles; applicants will be advised of this requirement during the recruitment process.

Reference checks will be undertaken and all positions require Department of Human Services screening, with the type of clearance required dependent on the position.
