Though many of the mansions and estates that shaped Holdfast Bay still stand, many do not. But, if you look closely, evidence of them can still be seen; from the winding streets of our suburbs that were once grand driveways for horse and cart, to the tall trees of long-lost gardens carefully tended to by loving hands.
