Road Closures

You’ll find on this page:

Jetty Road

Jetty Road is open to all vehicles, except for the section of roadway west of Durham Street to Colley Terrace.

Moseley Street

There is vehicle access to and from Jetty Road from Moseley Street. While the Colley Terrace corner remains closed, traffic from Moseley Street must turn right onto Jetty Road.

The left-hand turn onto Jetty Road towards Colley Terrace will be reimplemented in early 2026.

Traffic light poles have been installed at the Jetty Road / Moseley Street intersection, but will not be operational until early 2026.

Colley Terrace

There is no vehicle access to Jetty Road from Colley Terrace.

A turnaround area has been implemented at Hope Street.

Local traffic is permitted up to the corner of Moseley Square, including visitors to Colley Towers and delivery vehicles.

Pedestrians can still access Jetty Road and Moseley Square from Colley Terrace.

Colley Terrace is expected to reopen to vehicles in early 2026.

Durham Street

To ensure the safety of all road users during the next phase of construction works, access for vehicles from Durham Street onto Jetty Road has been temporarily closed.

Vehicles can exit Durham Street via a left-hand turn into Chittleborough Lane (which exits onto Sussex Street)

This detour is effective from 1pm on Wednesday 21 January 2026 and will remain in place until further notice.

Temporary changes to bus services

Buses will be redirected from Colley Terrace to Anzac Highway with stops near Wigley Reserve.

Please refer to the Adelaide Metro website for up-to-date timetables and routes.
