Homeless Support

Homeless Support

We acknowledge that homelessness is a complex issue that requires a collaborative, consolidated, and sensitive response. People who are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of becoming homeless, deserve expert support where the correct knowledge, expertise, authority, and resources can be provided.

Toward Home Alliance

The Toward Home Alliance is the primary avenue which people who are homeless can be supported.

The Alliance partners are:

  • Baptist Care SA
  • Mission Australia
  • The Salvation Army
  • Sonder
  • Lead Agency Lutheran Care
  • The South Australian Housing Authority

The Toward Home Alliance works across the Adelaide CBD, southern inner and outer metropolitan Adelaide, and the Adelaide Hills. They have qualified and trained teams that provide a range of services to young people, adults, and families with children who are at risk, and/or experiencing homelessness
