A key focus will be on “eating the rainbow” and encouragement to include a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables in your diet to boost immunity, energy, and overall health. The session will also cover general dietary principles, including nutrient-rich foods, healthy swaps, and how to choose a sustainable diet that suits individual needs.
You will learn about the body’s natural detoxification system and how to support it through food. The liver, kidneys, and gut will be discussed, along with foods that nourish each organ. A handout featuring 4–6 pages of easy, whole-food recipes will be provided to help apply these insights in daily life.
Beyond nutrition, the session will take a holistic view of wellbeing. Attendees will reflect on their exposure to environmental toxins using a one-page questionnaire, explore quick stress relief techniques, and review the importance of sleep and daily movement.
