Celebrate Local is a resident-focused shop local campaign implemented by the City of Holdfast Bay to encourage residents living in Holdfast Bay to support local businesses. You’ll get access to special deals, events, and promotions from participating local businesses.
You can participate if you:
- live in the City of Holdfast Bay.

- only use offers for yourself — not for resale, business use, or to give to others.
- The program is free and optional.
- Offers can change or be removed at any time.
- Types of offers are business dependent and may include discounts, bundle deals, VIP events, and other value-add incentives.
- The program will begin on Jetty Road, Glenelg, as part of a first-phase pilot.
- Participating businesses will display a window sticker or counter card to indicate they have a Celebrate Local offer.
- If successful, other areas of Holdfast Bay will be included in the Celebrate Local program at the end of the pilot.
