Community Planting, North Brighton Community Garden

The wonderful North Brighton Community Garden gardeners have been working to transform this small section of Bowker Oval into a beautiful and biodiverse pocket park, but they need your help. We invite you to join us all for a fun morning of planting followed by a midday treat.

This will be an opportunity to be involved in the transformation of this area, see the North Brighton Community Garden, and get to know other residents and the wider community.

Please arrive at 10:15 a.m. to allow time for registrations. Bring along gardening gloves and a small hand trowel. Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, closed-toe shoes, and a hat or rain jacket (depending on the weather). We will provide any additional tools and equipment that are needed. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
