Community Planting, Kingston Park

The City of Holdfast Bay has recently expanded this verge to improve safety and drainage. This has given us some additional space to create a sizeable biodiverse verge to add to the rich natural environment that already exists in Kingston Park. We invite you to join us for a fun morning of planting and be rewarded with a coffee!

This will be an opportunity to contribute to improving this area and to get to know other residents and the wider community.

Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. to allow time for registration. Bring along gardening gloves and a small hand trowel. Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, closed-toe shoes, and a hat or rain jacket (depending on the weather). We will provide any additional tools and equipment that are needed. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
