If yes, please upload a signed statement on an approved letterhead from SAPOL or an Authorised Officer.

Was there a medical emergency which resulted in the vehicle being parked or stopped in the location?

If yes, please provide a medical certificate.

Was your vehicle parked in an illegal manner as a result of a mechanical failure or accident preventing you from moving to a legal park?

If yes, please provide an invoice for repair or breakdown report from a mechanic, RAA etc.

Were signs or road markings relevant to this offence totally obscured or not erected in accordance with Australian Standards or Australian Road Rules?
