The City of Holdfast Bay provide free Justice of the Peace services at Brighton Civic Centre and Glenelg Library.
Where can I access Justice of the Peace?
There’s no need to book an appointment – simply drop in to see us at:
- Brighton Civic Centre, 24 Jetty Road, Brighton
Mondays 10am - 12noon.
- Glenelg Library, 2 Colley Terrace, Glenelg
Fridays 9.30 am -11:30am.
Saturdays 10am-12pm .
What does a Justice of the Peace do?
- Signs and notates documents.
- Records all JP transactions.
- Helps you understand the nature of your documents before they’re signed.
