Books & Reading
Fantastic Fiction contains bibliographies for over 30,000 authors and information on over 350,000 books. It includes descriptions of the books and biographies of the authors. It is a great resource for locating series. Throughout the site, just click on a book to see its cover picture, description and publication details.
Goodreads is a free "social cataloguing" website that allows individuals to freely search Goodreads' extensive user-populated database of books, annotations, and reviews. Users can sign up and register books to generate library catalogues and reading lists. They can also create their own groups of book suggestions and discussions.
LibraryThing is a free online service to help people catalogue their books easily. You can access your catalogue from anywhere—even on your mobile phone. As everyone catalogues together, LibraryThing also connects people with the same books and comes up with suggestions for what to read next.
IELTS is the International English Language Testing System, the world's proven English language test. IELTS was one of the pioneers of four skills English language testing over 21 years ago, and continues to set the standard for English language testing today.
