Mobile Printing

PrinterOn and our mobile printing email addresses allow you to send documents from your laptop, PC, or mobile device to our library's print queue.

You can then pay for and release the print jobs either at the library front desk or at our self-service print release terminals.

Your print jobs will stay on our print queue for 4 days.

Please see below for instructions on how to use our mobile printing services.

How to use PrinterOn (Web-version)

You can upload documents to PrinterOn (web version) by clicking on the links below. We recommend using this method if you want to submit print jobs to us using your laptop or PC.

  1. Click on the relevant link below (depending on which library you would like to send your documents to).
  2. Under 'Printer', select the kind of printer you would like to use. Enter in your email address in the 'user info' field and then upload the document you would like to print.
  3. Once you have done this press the triangular 'play' button at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. You can then decide if you would like to print all of the pages or just a specific set of pages.
  5. Press the triangular 'play' button again.
  6. PrinterOn will then calculate the fee you will be charged when you come to collect your print job at the library. Click on the green printer icon at the bottom right of the page and your job will be uploaded to the print queue.
  7. When you come into the library, you can pay by cash at the print release terminal near the photocopier. Select 'release a print job' and enter in your email address to find your print jobs. Then you can pay by adding coins or small notes to our coin and bill machine. Head to the front counter if you would like to pay for your print jobs using EFTPOS.
