This uplifting morning brings together emerging leaders, musicians, creators, and change‑makers to explore this year’s theme: Balance the Scales. It aims to serve as a reminder that every young woman deserves to feel safe, heard, and empowered to shape her own life.

Created by a passionate team of young women, this event is designed to uplift, empower and amplify the next generation of leaders.

Enjoy a delicious grazing‑table breakfast, live acoustic music before diving into a powerful morning of connection and insight. Coffee van on site available for purchase.

Created in partnership with local young women and supported by the City of Holdfast Bay. This is your space to be inspired, encouraged, and celebrated. Come for breakfast. Stay for the sisterhood.
