Ever wondered how people make that perfect sourdough loaf? This fun workshop with Kym Ormond from Nomad Nursery will show you that sourdough doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating!

Kym will guide you through the basics of baking fresh, delicious sourdough at home, sharing simple steps, practical tips, and plenty of sourdough know-how along the way.

You’ll learn how to:
• Make sourdough from start to finish, step by step
• Feed and care for your sourdough starter
• Get baking at home with your own sourdough starter

This workshop is being held as part of the Unplugged at Partridge event, a digital detox that encourages people to slow down, connect more, and explore new skills. The event will also feature makers’ markets, clothes swaps, repair cafés, live music, inspiring guest speakers, and lots more!

This workshop will be held in the Garden Room, located at the rear of Partridge House off the courtyard.
