South Australia’s favourite seafood festival, Sea to Shore-Glenelg Seafood Festival is back for 2024. For the first time, the event will take place over a whole weekend on Saturday 26 – Sunday 27 October.
This year, Ambassador Chef Laura Sharrad is curating the
event with delicious, fresh seafood dishes created by respected South
Australian chefs, paired with local wine and gin, all while overlooking
Glenelg’s stunning coastline and soaking up the spring sun.
Glenelg’s foreshore will become a seafood hub,
with well-known South Australian restaurateurs working with SA producers to
showcase sustainably sourced local seafood dishes. A demonstration kitchen will
give guests the chance to see live cooking demonstrations and hear from a
variety of producers.
