Notice of Temporary Road Closures & Changes to Traffic Conditions
Relative to Section 11 & 33 Road Traffic Act 1961
Santos Tour Down Under WOMEN’S ZIPTRAK STAGE 1 – BRIGHTON START – 17.1.25
Road closures will commence 5am Friday 17 January, and expire at (or before) 2.30pm Friday 17 January
• Jetty Road, Brighton between Elm Street and The Esplanade
• The Esplanade, Brighton, between Alfreda Street and Beach Road
• Twinnings Lane at Jetty Road
• Gurrs Road at Jetty Road (soft closure at Dunluce Avenue)
• Dunluce Avenue at the Esplanade
• Bindara Road at the Esplanade
Tow Away Areas:
Please note that in accordance with Road Traffic Act 1961, Section 40N, vehicles parked within temporary road closures or within temporary No Parking and No Stopping areas will be towed away.
The event will be conducted within Council and Emergency Services guidelines.
