Laughter Yoga with Annie Harvey

Join us at Glenelg North Community Centre for a laughter session for adults - no experience needed, just a willingness to giggle, breathe, and feel amazing.

We’ll stretch, laugh, and lift our moods together in the most joyful way. Bring a friend or just bring yourself — laughter really is the best medicine!

(No Lycra required, but bring a mat or a towel for the floor for the last 5 minutes)

We will always do our best to run our programs. However, please understand that programs may be cancelled at the last minute due to changes in health requirements.
