Zenbecsa Tai Chi infuses several martial arts, gentle flowing movements, and breathing into one holistic wellbeing experience. Tai Chi, a moving meditation, may help improve balance, coordination, posture, and fall prevention, while also strengthening muscles and enhancing body awareness. Relax/Recharge /Unwind.
