Zenbecsa Tai Chi infuses several martial arts, gentle flowing movements, and breathing into one holistic wellbeing experience. Tai Chi, a moving meditation, may help improve balance, coordination, posture, and fall prevention, while also strengthening muscles and enhancing body awareness. Relax/Recharge /Unwind. Open to all abilities. Best suited for ages 40+. Every Wednesday until 17 December 2025, excluding 19 November & 10 December.
