With all the challenges presented by the algal bloom, from confronting ongoing, large-scale marine life losses to the impacts on health, recreation, business, and tourism, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

This workshop is for anyone who may be struggling with this situation and would like to build personal resilience during this time.

This three-hour program will help you explore personal challenges and provide you with practical ideas and tools for maintaining your wellbeing, as well as opportunities for discussion with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.

Experienced psychologists and facilitators will guide you in exploring your feelings about this situation and provide information on where and how to access ongoing wellbeing support.

A light afternoon tea will be provided, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities.
