What You need

What you will need for the workshop:

  • a glass container big enough to fit your hand – a Moccona coffee jar, a pasta sauce jar, a mason jar
  • gravel for the base and to decorate
  • horticultural charcoal or some bark
  • potting mix – orchid mix or bonsai mix works well
  • cuttings of succulents – three maximum
  • small stones, marbles, sticks, moss, or whatever you want to use for decoration
  • optional: Sphagnum moss, weed matting, an old shopping bag
