Glenelg to Seacliff Coastal Walk
The Bay Discovery Centre is a social history museum in the heart of Glenelg, celebrating the cultural heritage of South Australia. Wander through our galleries to discover the stories of the Kaurna People of the Adelaide Plains, South Australia's Proclamation and settlement, the evolution of beach culture and some of our States most loved identities.
Open daily from 10am to 2pm.
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
Entry is by Gold Coin Donation.
The Bay Discovery Centre is just a short tram ride from the City of Adelaide - Stop 17 Moseley Square.
Tiati Wins MAGNA National Award!
We were thrilled to find out that Tiati is the National Winner in the Museums and Galleries National Awards (MAGNA's). Selected from a shortlist of all the winning entries from across Australia, the overall winner demonstrates extraordinary and innovative approaches to traditional museum practices.
