You are invited to share your view on our draft Asset Management Plans

Asset Management Plans are important documents that help us to plan and invest wisely to maintain our assets and infrastructure so that we continue to deliver valuable services for our community now and into the future.

Assets are the foundations of the City of Holdfast and include the streets we drive on, the parks and reserves our family play on, the stormwater network we rely on, and the community and sporting facilities we enjoy across Holdfast Bay.

The Asset Management Plans outline our priorities and program of works for the next 10 years.

Background

Asset Management Plans provide a snapshot of the current and future state of our council’s infrastructure. The plans ensure we are maintaining and renewing assets in a cost-effective and sustainable manner that meets our community’s expectations.

Aligned closely with our city’s strategic plan, Our Place, and informing the Draft 2020 – 21 Annual Business Plan, the Asset Management Plans detail how we will manage physical assets under the care and control of the City of Holdfast Bay to ensure a level of service is maintained that meets community expectations.
