Get creative this winter

Friday 1 April 2022

Tap into your creativity with our Creative Holdfast Winter program, which is out now – in both print and online.

Featured in the program are more than 30 arts, culture and history events, workshops and activities.

On top of that, there are local museum and gallery exhibitions, including two unique exhibitions at Glenelg's Bay Discovery Centre.

The winter program also has a selection of creative workshops and arts bus tours – including the very first SALA mystery tour which will take participants on a tour of some of the best exhibitions of SALA 2022.

Winter also sees the return of the History by the Seaside talks and a series of Kaurna language and history workshops with Jack Buckskin.

A special event in May will celebrate the second edition of the Sea Change book featuring the history of Holdfast Bay through images and photos.

The ‘Gert by Sea’ and ‘Beside the Sea’ walking tours, also happening in May, are not to be missed.

Pick up a printed copy of the Creative Holdfast Winter Program from the Brighton or Glenelg libraries, the Brighton Civic Centre or the Bay Discovery Centre.

A digital program is also available to download.
