Anzac Day returns to the Arch
The traditional Anzac Day dawn service returns to Brighton's Arch of Remembrance this year after two years of disruptions.
Glenelg will also host a dawn service at the Pioneer Memorial in Moseley Square.
Both services are being organised and run by the respective RSL branches, with support from the City of Holdfast Bay.
The Glenelg Town Hall will open after the service to let community view the roll of honour.
The RSL encourages people who don’t want to attend a traditional dawn service to ‘Light up the dawn’ and honour veterans from home.
Please note that part of Jetty Road, Brighton and the Esplanade, between Bindarra Road and Dunluce Avenue, will be closed to traffic on Monday 25 April, from 5am – 8am.
Glenelg's Air-Raid Shelter will open on Anzac Day from 11am-1pm.
