The Community Wellbeing team is going on the road! Over the coming months we will be ‘popping up’ in a location near you!
If you are interested to know what services are available to help you or a loved one remain living independently at home, then check out the location details below and come and join us on the day.
Not only will we have staff on hand to talk you through the possibilities on offer, there will also be a free sausage sizzle, giveaways and a raffle!

Inspiring Health Assessments – July 2018
Come and have a FREE assessment of your balance, hearing, strength, coordination and other aspects of your health.
This is a joint initiative between City of Holdfast Bay Council and Flinders University health programs.
Assessments will be conducted during July at Alwyndor, 52 Dunrobin Road, Hove.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC)
The City of Holdfast Bay is the first metropolitan council in Australia to participate in the MECC (Making Every Contact Count) initiative. In partnership with SA Health and Meals on Wheels we are talking with older residents about lifestyle changes that can improve health and independence.
Complaints – Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
If you are concerned about the care or services you receive you can make a complaint. Providers can improve the quality of care and services they provide to you and other residents.
