Bracegirdle’s is Australia’s most awarded artisan chocolatier securing major wins for its handmade chocolates in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart and, of course, Adelaide. Most of our products have no preservatives and are completely handmade by an exceptional team of talented chocolatiers who can also custom design chocolates depending on the occasion. Much of our dark chocolate range is also vegan friendly.
But Bracegirdle's is more than just chocolate, offering a wide range of decadent desserts, delicious meals for breakfast, brunch and lunch, and hot and cold beverages including our own exclusive (and popular!) blend of coffee which is roasted weekly. It's full-bodied blend, not bitter or sharp, and has notes of caramel and chocolate.
All Bracegirdle’s baristas have undergone extensive training to make our range of drinks.
Glenelg is the original home and flagship store for Bracegirdle's having opened in 2005. The smell of fine Belgian chocolate and fresh coffee greets you as you enter the heritage listed building. Spread over two levels, the café is spacious yet intimate and offers relaxed café style seating, leather chairs and lounges, and a balcony overlooking the main street. Much of the décor also has a rich connection with Glenelg’s history with tables and furnishings having been handcrafted from Glenelg tramline sleepers.
